Marijuana, bath salts seized in So. Cal

Federal authorities say they seized $2 million worth of marijuana and narcotic bath salts in separate Southern California incidents. U-T San Diego says Border Patrol agents spotted a panga boat around midnight Monday off Laguna Beach. They seized 26 bundles of marijuana that had been unloaded from the boat and arrested nine men. The pot has an estimated street value of $1.8 million.
